This company does wrong by their customers

My apple account was recently hacked and I had several games bought under it that I didnt ever have on my phone. I contacted apple got money refunded to me but in the process something has also happened with this game where it was hacked and I was accused of cheating when I havent done so. I have put a little bit of money here and there into this game over the past 4 years amounting to between $50-$100 over the time frame and Im told that I will not be unbanned from the game due to something someone else did. They can see that I have played the game from my device and I have made purchases from same device so they can see that whatever was hacked on the game was done from someone elses device. If u play this game and u want to get anywhere in it it does take some money being spent but if u dont want to get screwed over by this company because someone does wrong by you make sure not to pay them a dime
