Please fix loading issue

Super annoyed!!! Ive already asked them to fix this issue!

every few days the game takes forever to load and theres all these little timers on everything so I cant do anything and then it takes days to get everything reloaded super annoying!!!

Its definitely the game and not my device Ive tried playing on multiple devices and it does it on all of them please fix I cant do anything because of the little timers, it use to never do this. Ive deleted almost every single app off my phone and the game still has all these timers so dont tell me its my phone its definitely a bug in the game fix or Ill demand my money back
